One of them Hydrotherapy is swimming. Swimming is a  part of Brain Gym or Brain Exercises.
One of many ways to improve the multiple intelegence of children ‘cause brain is as the control organs and brain always associate with multiple intelegence, also optimize the use of all dimension of the brain.
Benefit swimming :
1.       Stimulate brain : increase multiple intelegence
2.       Behaviour  and Play Therapy
3.       Speech Therapy
4.       Good sensory integration
5.       Good fine & gross motor
6.       Good metabolism system
7.       Good respiration system
8.       Boost immune system
9.       Relief for pain as a pain reliever
10.   Good for neurogenesis
11.   Increase concentration of learning and work
12.   Treatment for several disabilities learning : dislexia/disgrafia/discalculate
13.   Treatment for some disorder : autism, ADD/ADHD, Asperger Syndrome, Down Syndrome, etc.
14.   Treatment for some diseases : asthma, back pain, chronic pain, scoliosis/lordosis, allergy, stroke, trauma brain injuiry, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.

Why is  swimming part of brain exercises special ?
Infant/toddler/kindergarten :  80 % early stimulation for golden age (0-6 years old), we must do to intervensi  brain’s kid development cause brain develops optimally
Kids – Adult – Elderly
Make performance good brain, anti stress, anti ageing, sport, focus, and therapy some diseases


Which one better swimming in cold water or warm water ?
Cold water – standart water not too cold :
Rich oxigent good for lung, good blood circulation, good for brain or neurogenesis

Warm water
Poor oxigent is not good for lung, blood circulation, and neurogenesis

Student goal depend on  age of children
Infant/babies : to adjust new sound and experience that helps adapt to water.
The primary focus is on proper boundaries, natural breath control, safe submersion and training to find air on the back and the side of the pool with light movement swimming like kicking feed.

2 – 5 years old :
-          Performance water play for building water  confidence and overcome fear or axienty
-          Getting in pool
-          Breathing control
-          Work out fine and gross motor
-          Skill basic swimming training
-          Etc


6 years -15 years
The same as but we combine with focus training and long breath control and sometimes reference from school maybe student has dyslexia, autism, adhd, etc.

Adult and Elderly
The same as but we see term and  condition each student is different and sometimes with some diseases : water support weak muscles enhances flexibility and range of motion .
